While we specialize in mortgages for the self-employed, we do also provide mortgages for employees (usually by referral from their real estate agent, accountant or lawyer).

Even W2 employees who can afford mortgage payments sometimes have their mortgage application rejected or end up in a maze of applications where they are not really getting anywhere. We will listen to you in detail to find out about your situation and about what has happened with your mortgage applications so far. We will collect financial documents from you to help us determine what is the best approach to get you the mortgage you need.

 Listening patiently and in detail, and gathering information about a person’s full financial picture can make all the difference in getting the loan.  

No rejections—we will work with you until you qualify

After gathering all of your information, we use our in-house proprietary “The Qualifier”® pre-qualification process to determine your chances of getting accepted for the lending programs that are most suitable for you. We will let you know very quickly whether you are likely to get approved. 

If there are issues that are preventing you from qualifying for a mortgage, we will advise you on exactly what you can do to remedy this. Snags are sometimes minor and can be handled swiftly. Either way, we will answer your questions, give you helpful advice, and follow up with you if you need further assistance.

When we believe you will get approved, only THEN will we ask you to submit a loan application. This avoids unnecessary disappointment as well as negative points on your credit score.  

Digital mortgage applications & loan document signing

Applying for a mortgage involves a certain amount of paperwork that needs to be filled out. To make life easier for you, we provide digital signing of all documents. This also means that all of our loans can be done remotely—we serve clients all over California.
