Knowledge & experience

Alejandro Szita has been solving problems related to real estate and real estate finance since 2006, and he is intimately familiar with the world of commercial real estate. Prior to starting Prosperity Lending, he worked for 10 years as a commercial real estate agent under a veteran real estate broker on the West Side of Los Angeles.

Because Alejandro holds an active California real estate broker license, he can help you with advice beyond the mortgage alone. For properties in California, he can help you with purchasing advice, a Broker’s Opinion of Value, solve various problems that might be an obstacle to making a purchase or deal, and when necessary, he can provide referrals to specialized real estate lawyers, and accountants.
