We know that clients trust their accountants like no one else, and we understand that you are reluctant to send your clients elsewhere. Rightfully so, accountants tend to be very careful about making referrals.
So we will not ask you for a referral, but we will do you one better. We will empower you to provide your own mortgage services in-house. We will sponsor one of the owner’s family members, or a trusted employee, to become a loan officer under our brokerage but based at your office. He or she can continue to perform the duties they were doing before, but they are now empowered to handle residential real estate loans that your clients may need.
